Dr. Majella Caven leads an exceptional team of dental providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. With several years of experience in dentistry, she is committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and creating a welcoming environment for every patient she serves.
Dr. Caven earned both her Bachelor of Science degree and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. She went on to complete a Post-Doctoral General Practice Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in New York, where she advanced her skills in comprehensive and multidisciplinary care.
She has continued to expand her expertise through postdoctoral training in implantology and cosmetic dentistry, along with continuing education in orthodontics, allowing her to provide a wide range of modern, esthetic, and functional treatment options for her patients.
Passionate about education and mentorship, Dr. Caven has served as Clinical Faculty at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and currently serves as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She is also the founder of the Anchor Predental Program, a mentoring initiative designed to guide and support aspiring dentists on their journey into the profession.
In addition to her clinical and academic roles, Dr. Caven is an author of dental management books, helping dentists build successful and efficient practices, as well as a children’s book author, creating meaningful stories that inspire confidence and promote positive dental experiences in young readers.
Above all, Dr. Caven is a proud mother of four, and she brings that same level of compassion, dedication, and attention to detail into her practice—remaining deeply committed to providing exceptional care to every patient.
